1. No Refund Policy

• All payments made for our services, including deposits, progress payments, and final payments, are non-refundable.

• Once work has commenced on a project, payments cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Project Changes and Modifications

• If you have concerns about the quality or progress of the work, we encourage you to discuss them with us during the project.

• Any modifications or changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you choose to cancel a project before work has begun, any deposits paid may be non-refundable, depending on the terms outlined in your contract.

• Cancellations after work has started will be subject to full payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Warranty and Service Satisfaction

• While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any concerns about defects or issues with our work should be addressed in accordance with the terms of our warranty policy.

• We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve reasonable concerns within the scope of our contract.
